PROFILE
I have had the opportunity to acquire extensive experience in the field of graphic art as a freelance artist, as well as an in-house graphic designer, illustrator and art director. Working for companies large and small, advertising agencies, printers and manufacturers, my most successful design projects have always consisted of effective team and client communication and collaboration.
My experience includes advanced proficiency in current industry standard graphic design software: Adobe Creative Suite CC – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Additional software competence includes Quark, Adobe Scene 7 (interactive web retail software), Microsoft Word and Excel, in both MAC and PC platforms, as well as drawing/working with pen and ink line drawings to full color media.

Responsible for all phases of artwork including package design, product conceptual design and illustration, and major redesign to product line catalog for both Gala and Artwire. Other in-house work includes digital photography and photo editing.
Responsibilities include: coordinating outside work with local printers and photographers as well as international contractors, soliciting competitive quotations from and negotiating with outside printers, providing press-ready artwork to printers, coordinating projects with the internal marketing teams and sales departments, reviewing and approving external artwork and printing.
